More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers
Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also contained in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
